Blue Hen Spring Works was founded by William F. Dickerson, a former truck driver and broker, after he saw a need for specialized suspension work for his own fleet. These services were eventually requested by the public and Blue Hen Spring Works was incorporated in 1983.

Three generations later, we are still a family owned and managed business operating in the same location that opened over 25 years ago. Blue Hen Spring Works, Inc. has increased services offered and has grown to meet the needs of  customers over the years. We are proud to maintain the high standards of excellent customer service required by our founder.
